About Wave reminders
If you request a reminder, Wavellama saves your email address, your request and its date, the Wave reference and the request’s status. If you provide a name on an older invitation page, we also save it to associate your contribution with that Wave.
During our pilot, Wavellama sends requested reminders manually. Each person who requests one receives one reminder before clips close.
Reminders are optional and are not marketing. You can record without providing an email. On the Contribution Page, use “Cancel my reminder” after registering; older invitation pages have a stop-reminders link. You can also email hello@wavellama.com to cancel a reminder or ask about your stored details.
The current Contribution Page uses VideoAsk to collect recordings. Wavellama downloads clips to make the Wave. Only include children with parent or guardian permission, and have an adult manage their contribution.
